1. Services
ClawNinja.ai provides custom AI automation systems for small businesses. This includes but is not limited to: AI agent deployment, email automation, SMS campaigns, social media automation, booking integrations, and ongoing system management.
Each engagement begins with a strategy call and is formalized through a service agreement outlining the specific scope of work, pricing, and timeline.
2. Payment Terms
- Setup fee: Due before work begins. Non-refundable once work has started.
- Monthly fee: Billed at the start of each month. Due within 7 days of invoice.
- Late payments: Services may be paused after 14 days of non-payment.
- Price changes: We will give 30 days notice before any price increase.
3. Month-to-Month Agreement
All ClawNinja.ai services are month-to-month. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel at any time with 30 days written notice. We believe in earning your business every month — not locking you in.
4. Cancellation Policy
To cancel your service:
- Provide written notice via email at least 30 days before your next billing date
- Your service continues through the end of your paid period
- No cancellation fees or penalties
- Your data will be exported and delivered to you within 7 days of cancellation
- Your private server will be decommissioned within 30 days
5. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on setup fees once work has begun. Monthly fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. If you are unsatisfied with our service, contact us and we will work to make it right before processing any cancellation.
6. Your Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your business and requirements
- Grant us necessary access to connect your tools and platforms
- Review and approve content before full automation is enabled
- Comply with all applicable laws in your use of automated systems
- Not use our systems for spam, harassment, or illegal activities
- Keep your login credentials and API keys secure
7. Our Responsibilities
ClawNinja.ai agrees to:
- Build and maintain your AI system to the agreed specifications
- Keep your data private and secure on your dedicated server
- Respond to support requests within 24 hours on business days
- Notify you of any significant system issues or downtime
- Never sell, share, or monetize your business data
- Provide monthly optimization as included in your plan
8. Intellectual Property
All custom code, scripts, and systems we build for you are yours. Upon cancellation, you receive full ownership of all deliverables. ClawNinja.ai retains the right to use general methodologies and non-client-specific knowledge in future projects.
9. Limitation of Liability
ClawNinja.ai is not liable for:
- Third-party platform outages (Instagram, Meta, Google, Square, etc.)
- Lost revenue due to automation errors beyond our reasonable control
- Data loss caused by third-party service failures
- Actions taken by AI systems outside of agreed parameters
Our total liability in any dispute is limited to the monthly fee paid in the month the issue occurred.
10. Acceptable Use
You may not use ClawNinja.ai systems to:
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on third-party intellectual property
- Harass, threaten, or harm individuals
- Circumvent platform terms of service in ways that put your account at risk
Violation of acceptable use may result in immediate service termination without refund.
11. Third-Party Platforms
Our services integrate with third-party platforms including Meta, Google, Square, Stripe, and others. We are not responsible for changes to these platforms policies, API access, or functionality that may affect your automation system. We will make reasonable efforts to adapt to platform changes.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Florida.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. We will notify active clients of significant changes with at least 14 days notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
