1. Who We Are
ClawNinja.ai, operated by The Claw Empire LLC, builds AI automation systems for businesses. This policy covers this website, our sales conversations, and the client work we do.
2. Information We Collect
- Contact details you give us: name, business name, email address, and phone number
- What you tell us about your business while we scope a project
- Account and access credentials you provide so an automation can work with your systems
- Billing details — processed by our payment provider, never stored by us
- Website usage data
3. Client Systems and Credentials
Building an automation often means connecting to systems you already use — your inbox, calendar, booking tool, or social accounts. We ask for the narrowest access that will do the job, store credentials in a restricted location, and use them only to build, run, and support what you hired us for.
When an engagement ends, ask us to revoke access and delete stored credentials and we will do it. You can also revoke access yourself at any time from the provider's own settings.
4. Your Customers' Data
If an automation we build handles your customers' information, that data is yours. We process it on your instructions to deliver the service, and we do not sell it or use it for our own marketing. You are responsible for having the right to share it with us and for telling your customers how it is used.
5. AI Providers
Our systems use third-party AI models. Content processed by an automation may be sent to those providers to generate a result. We choose providers with business terms that prohibit using your content to train their models, and we will tell you which providers a build relies on if you ask.
6. Text Messages (SMS)
ClawNinja.ai sends text messages only to people who have given us express consent — by submitting a form that says so, giving us your number in person or over the phone, or texting us first. We never buy phone numbers or text people who have not opted in.
If you opt in, you may receive:
- Replies to an inquiry you sent us
- Project updates and scheduling for work in progress
- Occasional news about what we offer
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message. You will get one confirmation and then no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or call us at 561-985-8346.
We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Numbers are shared only with the messaging providers that deliver our texts, and only so the message can reach you.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Email
ClawNinja.ai sends email to people who asked to hear from us or who are current customers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribe requests are honored promptly, and always within 10 business days.
Opting out of marketing email does not stop service messages — receipts, schedule changes, or replies to something you asked us about.
8. How We Protect Information
We limit access to personal information to the people who need it to do their job, and we use reputable service providers for payments, messaging, and hosting. No method of storing or transmitting information is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
9. Your Choices and Rights
You may ask us to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You may opt out of marketing texts or email at any time without affecting the service you receive from us.

10. Children
ClawNinja.ai is a service sold to businesses, and it is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
If a client's own systems happen to hold information about minors, that data belongs to the client and is covered by section 4 — we process it only to operate what we built for them, and the client remains responsible for any parental consent the law requires.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as ClawNinja.ai changes or as the law does. The current version is always posted on this page with the date it took effect. Material changes will be made clear before they take effect where the law requires it.
